This is where I prefer to come, even if my short term stay turns into long-term care.”

“My mom is currently at Baybrooke and we are so thankful she is there! Zoe and Joseph have been so helpful, they answer all our questions and are always available to help us. The Nurses, CNA’s and Nursing AIDS are incredible! Yang, Minnie and Grace are so nice and attentive but most important, my mom loves them. The PT staff is amazing, Talissa is the best and sweetest ever! Jennifer is an amazing therapist that has not only helped my mom but our family as well. The housekeeping and maintenance are so friendly and anytime we need them they are always there to help with a smile. I wish I knew everyone’s name to give credit where credit is due, but it’s only been 6 weeks. Of course my mom would rather be home but she likes where she is and the staff is feeling more like family!”

“Elvira (aide) is new and one of the best and caring persons we’ve had taking care of mom. Mother has been here the last 4 years. Dee her daytime nurse is a gem! Takes great care and shows concern for mother. Mom cannot walk but knows everything thats going on. She loves the staff. If there is anything she needs I call and immediately it gets noticed and resolved. The entire staff is very helpful and they care about our family. Aides May and Olga and Tammy are so wonderful and take good care of mom too.. I go there daily and see everything they need with because the staff cares! awesome. That’s unheard of in most facilities. I highly recommend this place.”
